An unexpected customer from Switzerland called us to design a proposal for his real estate company. It is a very competitive market, but in Switzerland it has certain peculiarities: housing construction is very controlled and restricted by laws that try to preserve the country’s privileged natural environment. Therefore, the real estate market has little supply for much demand, and this causes properties to be revalued and converted into very valuable goods.
We designed a proposal based on an essential idea: a house is as valuable as an artwork, and we created a verbal concept to express it with great clarity: Real Estate of the Art, playing with the English expression state-of-the-art to refer to the most advanced, expensive and sophisticated of any field.
We design a flexible visual identity, based on a plant design and edges that are distributed to form the logo. And we launched a truly innovative proposal: to promote the market entry of a new property, we will use the empty and white space as an art gallery. We will organize exhibitions of renowned artists in our properties, broadening the social reach of a culture-friendly sector.
