As a wine lover, I couldn’t miss the opportunity to design a winery project. It is about some family vineyards in a region of Segovia, in the interior of Spain.
The winemaker wanted to embark on a new phase where his creations would reflect his personality and convey his own values and rules, beyond the established codes in the world of wine.
We designed a brand architecture based on the person behind the brand: a rugged country man, but also an urban rocker. His wine proposals do not adhere to traditional methods or varieties. Nor does its character, which «confronts» traditional industry.
For all these reasons, we created a brand that «fights» against stereotypes and that «resists» and overcomes all obstacles. We created Barricada, a range of premium wines with an image that will stand the test of time.
Of course, such an exciting project could only end in one way. So I got personally involved in the project, currently being a partner in the winery.
